A maintenance agreement with us provides access to a team of experienced service technicians, account managers and support staff. Our model is to allocate our customers with a specific account manager, alongside a lead and secondary technician. This allows us to build a productive relationship whilst providing continuity and invaluable specific site knowledge.
Working closely with our Engineering and Light Commercial departments enables our service team to be able to offer access to our team of in-house mechanical engineers who are able to provide solutions for optimal system performance, upgrades and new installations to suit budget and efficiency requirements.
