This complex project was undertaken in a live children’s hospital. It involved the upgrade of main operating suites as well as the extension to the hospital area, including upgrading one of the main hospital air handling units. This was all carried out whilst fully maintaining hospital operations, ensuring fully coordinated interfaces in a sterile clean environment. This project involved meticulous planning and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure the successful project delivery within a complicated hospital environment.
