Design and construct installation of central plant air conditioning to new shopping centre extension. This required interfacing into the existing base building system with minimal disruption and downtime. The project included full design and coordination of the Aldi supermarket and multiple food and beverage tenancies including full kitchen facilities. The mechanical system is fully exposed and designed to be an aesthetic feature.
