The project was full design and construct to achieve 6 star Green Star with a high performing VRV system. multi use building featuring retail, cafes, commercial space and accommodation requiring a range of specific mechanical services solutions to meet the differing requirements.

The building had multi use and spatial complexities, to cater for disability clientele that needed to be overcome and coordinated through the design phase to ensure successful project delivery.
