Full design and construct 16 story boutique hotel featuring 137 rooms as well as bars & restaurants pool and a 24 hour fitness Centre, incorporating high [performance VRV system, pre cooled outside air and pressurization utilizing Climate Wizard in direct evaporative coolers.

The building had significant spatial challenges that were over come with detail design, 3D modelling  planning and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
