This project was a highly complex replacement of 10MW of Chiller capacity consisting of 4 new high efficiency Powerpax chillers. This also included upgrading the existing header arrangement, replacing the electrical switchboards and the BMS all with zero system downtime or disruption to maintain 100% capacity to the main central railway station, critical data facilities and Intercontinental Hotel operations.

The success of this project was due to the meticulous planning, procurement and engagement and communication with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
